CARDIO-CARDIO-CARDIO: During the holidays and with the extra calories you take in with parties and goodies, make sure you focus on lots of cardio this month to help keep the holiday pounds off. Hit the treadmills, stair climbers, aerobic classes, and elliptical. Also, make sure you don't skip your exercise for the holiday stress as well. Enjoy your families.

CARDIO-CARDIO-CARDIO: Again, I can't stress it enough this month. The key is to mix it up! Do not stick to one piece of cardio equipment, or the same group fitness class all week. Mix it up!!!
